We Provide Educational Support
This year, the Loma Portal Foundation is investing more than $165,000 to enhance the educational experience of every Loma Portal student. Foundation funding supports our school librarian, hands-on STEAM learning, a World Music & Culture residency, experiential learning opportunities, and supplemental classroom resources.
Our goal is simple: to give our teachers and staff the resources they need to provide our children with the best educational experience possible.
We Build the Loma Portal Community
The social and recreational needs of the students and families of Loma Portal are just as important as the educational needs. Our Foundation creates opportunities for families outside of school hours with Family Dinner Nights, Parent Mixers, Movie Nights, and Summer Playdates in addition to our annual events like Monster Bash, Variety Show, Family Heritage Night, and Jog-A-Thon.
We are also cognizant of our families that may need a little extra help this year and make sure that money is never a factor for a child to leave our Book Fair with a new book or attend Monster Bash with their friends or have a yearbook to sign at the end of the year.
